J. Keith Stewart (born September 30, 1967) is an African American author. Born a single child, he later moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Washington, D.C. where he currently resides.
Stewart began his writing at Alabama A&M University, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the ''Sphinx Magazine'', a national publication for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, for two years.
Stewart self-published his first novel, ''Episodes'', in 1999, and has since written four other novels. He is currently at work on his sixth novel, ''Sweet Love''.
